A focused workspace-polish release with optional auto-hiding panes, cleaner resizing and layout recovery, faster View setup, and more compact message and criteria editing controls.
What changed
- Added an optional persistent auto-collapse mode for the left navigation pane. The pane now retracts into a slim hover rail, slides back into view when needed, and exposes a compact toggle alongside the existing dock, reset, and collapse controls.
- Changed right- and bottom-docked Message Details into edge-reveal panels when auto-hidden, with smooth slide transitions, hover access, clearer keep-open and auto-hide controls, and pane content kept inert while fully retracted.
- Standardized pane resizing across the workspace with a single subtle idle border, a delayed four-pixel red hover target, a persistent drag indicator, and larger invisible hit areas that make narrow splitters easier to grab.
- Expanded Reset layout so it restores navigation, right-side details, bottom details, View-list sizing, and their persisted collapsed states together instead of resetting widths alone.
- Improved Message Details layout controls by keeping dock and auto-hide actions available even when no topic is selected, aligning bottom-docked controls, and preserving a practical minimum width for the right-side inspector.
- Improved View creation with a direct path into the View topic editor, making it quicker to create an empty View and immediately configure its topics.
- Made the compact multiline SL criteria control toggle its expanded editor closed as well as open, removing the need to dismiss the editor through a separate action.
