Topic list and filter improvements, SL array object enhancements

- New @@size keyword for topic list filtering to show empty or populated topics
- Topic list now has message count and topic size selectable columns
- Topic list now has sortable headers with stable topic ordering and no left-pane jumping during play/live updates
- SL now has advanced ability to filter on an array of objects
- SL now supports exists(...) and all(...) helpers for readable nested array checks
- Criteria autocomplete now understands nested exists/all predicates in filter editors
- AI Skills updated to reflect these SL deep array&object filtering improvements
- Topic list metric refresh intervals are now configurable in System Settings (default: Size 1 min, Recs 5 min)
- Improving the look and feel of various panels in an effort to keep them standard looking
- Add new default views such as Keyless, SingleParition - then auto-recognise first time data returned to console.
